Below is a request for your assistance for answers to questions. In the past I wrote you requesting for your help.

We originally requested State Attorney Angela Corey be removed from the sudden violent death case of Natasha R Boykin who was a military wife at the time of her sudden violent death. Additionally Angel King was/is her next of kin by power of attorney.

Our request was for many reasons. Below I will list just a few such as:

State Attorney Angela Corey's lead Investigator Scott Hughes possibly related to Corporal Randy Hughes of the Jacksonville Beach Police Department. Hughes family best friends with the primary suspect in this sudden death case. In addition Hughes son rented a house from primary suspect parents in front of where victim was found. Angela Corey told us she was going to look into this but has never denied at any time.

The now chief of police formally Commander Patrick Dooley and his wife’s good friendship for 32+ years with primary suspect family. The ride along and donations provided also contributed to instant case written off.

We have the computer generated dispatch report from fire rescue called three minutes after 911 call. This dispatch report states enroute call cancelled, deceased, self-inflicted wound........

State Attorney Angela Corey admitted to attorney David Fursteller my daughter was murdered.

State Attorney Angela Corey's cousin Christie Petrie illegally obtained autopsy photos from Dr Valerie Rao. Violating FS 406.135 - Dale Earnhardt Law. As explained below. The autopsy photo Cd has come up missing from the State Attorney’s Office without explanation.

The State Attorney's office billed me $180,000.00 for public records request on the death case Natasha Boykin As example: although in 2008 when Angela Corey was running for office a public records request for over 14,000+ documents was requested and billed just $3,000.00. That request was to the former State Attorney Harry Shorstein.

At the time of this violent death of Natasha R Boykin the chief medical examiner Dr Margarita Arruza was diagnosed with dementia. As described below the death certificate was signed instantly in addition to lack of supervisory review by the chief medical examiner Dr Arruza.

State Attorney Angela Corey has insisted on recommending Dr Rao as chief medical examiner all while having knowledge of her inept capabilities. Her violations of Florida Statute Law, FAR, and Medical Examiners policy & procedures. Dr Valerie Rao has received yearly raises of at least $20,000.00 all while she is not capable to fully complete her duties of office functions that cost taxpayers more than $75,000.00 more a year for someone else to do what she cannot.

Please provide an explanation as to why or how confidential records have come up missing from the office of the 4th Judicial Circuit State Attorney Angela Corey's jurisdiction? Refusal to explain where it is at?

Please provide explanation as to why Christie Petrie (Angela Corey's cousin) impersonated herself as a law enforcement officer to receive an autopsy CD of victim Natasha R Boykin when the case was closed in April of 2010. Petrie was never assigned to this case as indicates on the State Attorney's office case STAC report.

Please provide information as to how determination was made by assistant State Attorneys and lead investigator Dale Gilbreath after receiving notification by an elite telecommunications expert of the discrepancies in cellular texting on the victim’s phone. State Attorney Angela Corey's investigator Dale Gilbreath claimed reliance on the last text message as a suicide text.

Expert report we have says that the text message “at your apartment.....etc." was indeed not at the apartment according to pinging and triangulation by the telecommunications expert.

Please provide explanation as to how habitual offenders that were arrested for trafficking cocaine could be credible alibis? for a primary suspect who has cocaine under his nose, stippling on his forehead and hand, weapon in his pant leg standing in front of police cruiser with two officers in the crime scene photo.

Please explain how a State Attorney can drop trafficking charges then informing these habitual offenders there was an informant that led to their arrest then 34 days later my daughter Natasha Boykin is dead.

Please explain how a person that comes from a family of prominence, politically connected applied for indigent status receiving a public defender? Prior to dropping the trafficking charges. This habitual offender was charged in the past in another county also. Charges dropped and/or during transferring case to Jacksonville jurisdiction cases just disappeared.

Although Angel King as court appointed personal representative and next of kin requested legal aide only to have them run her fiancés car tag later calling Angel King telling her it was illegal to ask for assistance when you have a boyfriend who has assets. Legal Aide denied!

Please explain how can a medical examiner that State Attorney Angela Corey endorsed can be titled as chief examiner when on their own website they advise citizens of policy and procedures and Statute Law a complete autopsy consists of internal and external examination in order to be claimed as conducted autopsy? The victim Natasha R Boykin, did not receive an autopsy. The death certicate was signed 2 hours after arrival at the medical examiner’s office prior to investigation, test results, toxicology report etc.

Please explain why direct memo order went out to all law enforcement at FDLE executive investigations by Cindi Sandz to politely hang up on me or ignore me in person?

Please explain why a document was created after speaking with medical examiner investigator Jeffrey Brokaw, when & after going to the Jacksonville Beach Police Department to retrieve the victim’s clothes. The body ticket document claims funeral home employee signing for the clothes. Although we retain two letters explaining the police have my daughter’s clothes from the police chief and commander. In order to receive her clothes we needed Angela Corey's permission. Finally receiving permission from State Attorney Angela Corey, December 2015.

The employee the medical examiner investigator Jeffrey Brokaw claims signed for the victims clothes never worked for the funeral home.

The funeral home wrote a letter claiming no such person/employee ever worked for them.

May 2015 received a letter from city attorney representing medical examiner just provided a Cd with added photos of a body cut open with victim Natasha Boykins body tag number on them. This is five and a half years after her death. The mother/next of kin had been saying all along she never received autopsy CD. The CD she received was just crime scene photos and victim received and cleansed. The many bruises, contusion etc., along with the condition of her clothes evident of sexual assault, torn clothes evident of struggle. None of this was never identified by external examination by the medical examiner as a part of the process to claim actual performance of an autopsy.

I was illegally tape recorded. Collected by commander Dooley without my knowledge or permission at the time the case was closed. Commander Dooley explained to me, I could not have my daughter’s clothes because they were my daughters, and she is not here to get them. Dooley also stated I need a court order or State Attorney Angela Corey's permission.

State Attorney Angela Corey refused to permit me to file a complaint although she charged a black female officer for recording her sergeant at Jacksonville sheriff’s office. In addition commander Dooley filed a complaint to internal affairs having one of his own fired for the same thing at the Jacksonville Beach Police Department. Internal Affairs stated to media as a state and federal law. What allows his actions toward me any different?

State Attorney Corey advised us that a licensed transporter brought the victim to the funeral home but they did not sign for her clothes. Those documents of the licensed transporter were dated three weeks before Natasha Boykin's untimely violent death.

Please explain why two former FDLE Agents with 35+ years’ experience each claim Natasha was deceased before she was shot.

Please explain why a current FDLE Agent wrote a 23 page report explaining four different scenarios if Natasha had the weapon in her hands. His report explains that she never even had the weapon in her hands.

Please explain why the police would state the primary suspect aced the CVSA exam then later recanting to the medical examiner he showed deception on the question if he shot the victim. The police claim that was only on the 3rd round of same question.

We have an expert report by certified examiner claiming the suspect failed the test in its entirety.

We have had two forensic pathologists claim Dr Rao’s autopsy and report is incomplete.

On the very first public records request to investigator Dale Gilbreath at the State Attorney's office provided one sheet with several mini crime scene photos provided to him and FDLE SAS Huseman, February 2010 by the Jacksonville Beach police department for review of this case. Those photos indicate the State Attorney's office and the medical examiner’s office never received the actual real complete set of crime scene photos displaying primary suspect upon first arrival by police to the crime scene and the solid fingerprint on the claimed weapon used. The victims print is ruled out.

State Attorney Angela Corey did not become involved in this case not until, only after a local news press release that was more than a year and a half after the sudden violent death of Natasha Boykin.

Sadly this case lacks the courage to admit negligence, malfeasance whether intentional or not. This only adds to the primary alibi's family name and reputation as the black sheep, habitual offenders that have never been held accountable for much at all just as our records from the courts indicate. This case was completely covered up. My child was beaten, sexually violated then murdered.
